My Synergetic Success Strategy

I am going to share with you my own Synergistic Success Strategy that I implemented last fall. It has accelerated my business growth and given me a new vision for what is possible!

Once you have experienced the results of a strategic partnership of collaboration, you will wonder why you worked so hard previously! There's nothing smarter than leveraging the efforts of others.

I 💜 the word SYNERGY - the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects.

Now that’s powerful. The right partnership has the potential to greatly accelerate both of your businesses and serve many more people along the way.

Cyclists understand the benefits of drafting when they ride in a paceline. This aerodynamic technique reduces the wind resistance and the amount of energy required to pedal. All cyclists in the line are able to go faster than they could on their own.

Same is true for network marketers, who understand that it is more lucrative to earn 1% of 100 people's efforts, than 100% of your own.

If you own a well drilling company, it would make sense to develop a strategic partnership with a water pump company. You could refer to each other, as well as share marketing expenses and office personnel.

So here is what I did….. 

I started building a team in the health and wellness space with a network marketing company in 2014. As those of you familiar with network marketing know, personal development is a key component. 

It is said that “You can only grow your business to the extent you grow yourself.”

I have also heard network marketing described as “A personal growth plan with a paycheck attached!”

Both statements are true. As you grow, becoming a more influential leader and stepping into your authentic greatness, your business will sore.

My Synergistic Success Strategy was to join a second network marketing business that has taken personal development to a new platform. It combines a personal and customizable eLearning platform with an online support system that builds community and accountability.

This program is for people passionately pursuing their #oolalife.

I especially love the convenience of having an app on my phone for accountability in tracking daily action steps, easily viewing my big and small goals, and celebrating my achievements.
